Lukas IIlini ist Diplom Sozialwirt und studierte Health Care Management (M.Sc.). Seit mehr als neun Jahren wirkt Herr Illini in unterschiedlichen Positionen der stationären und ambulanten Gesundheitsversorgung. Bereits während des Studiums arbeitete er im Controlling und besetzte im Rahmen eines Trainee-Programms verschiedene Positionen im Krankenhausmanagement. Im weiteren Verlauf konzentrierte er seine Tätigkeiten auf das Controlling verschiedener Krankenhäuser, übernahm Leitungsverantwortung und wechselte nach langjähriger Praxiserfahrung in die Beratung von Gesundheitsdienstleistern. In diesem Rahmen sammelte er neben unterschiedlichen nationalen Projekten auch Erfahrungen im chinesischen Gesundheitsmarkt. Herr Illini ist Mitgründer und Organisator der „A+S-Netzwerktreffen“ und promoviert an der Universität Greifswald über die effiziente Führung von Krankenhäusern unter Berücksichtigung multidimensionaler Zielsysteme.
Lukas IIlini holds a degree in social economics and studied Health Care Management (M.Sc.). For more than nine years, Mr. Illini has worked in various positions in inpatient and outpatient health care. Already during his studies he worked in controlling and held various positions in hospital management as part of a trainee program. In the further course of his studies, he concentrated his activities on the controlling of various hospitals, took over management responsibility and, after many years of practical experience, switched to consulting for health care providers. In this context he gained experience in the Chinese health care market in addition to various national projects. Mr. Illini is co-founder and organizer of the "A+S-Netzwerktreffen" and is doing his doctorate at the University of Greifswald on the efficient management of hospitals considering multidimensional target systems.
After training as a nurse, Michael Draheim studied Health Care Management (M.Sc.) at the University of Applied Sciences in Fulda and at the Ernst-Moritz-Arndt University of Greifswald. During his studies in Fulda, he completed training in quality management and auditor at the German Society for Quality Management (DGQ). From 2012 to 2014, he worked at the SRH University of Berlin in the third-party funded project on "Risk and Crisis Management in Hospitals". Since 2013 he is responsible for hospital financing and planning at the German Hospital Federation (Berlin). His work focuses on the DRG-System and the accounting of inpatient services, budget and fee negotiations as well as quality-adjusted remuneration (P4P). In addition to his work at the DKG, he has a lectureship for health policy at the University of Applied Sciences in Fulda. In 2019 he founded the German Chinese Society for Health Care Management (DCG-Health).
